		<description>rice your ankle--rest, ice, compression and elevation. you can ice (20 mins on, 20 mins off) as frequently as needed in the first 48 hours. mostly, when you think it&#039;s healed, wait another few days, because it isn&#039;t and you&#039;ll just re-strain it. 

also, this soup looks delicious. everything fall in one comforting bowl! do you think it would be an okay way to use up leftover pumpkin puree?</description>
